Cleanroom electric hoist cranes can generally be divided into 100-level, 1,000-level, 10,000-level, and 100,000-level according to the cleanliness requirements.

Level 1: Mainly used in the microelectronics industrial environment for manufacturing integrated circuits;

Level 10: Mainly used in the semiconductor industrial environment with a bandwidth of less than 2 microns;

Level 100: Mainly used in the aseptic manufacturing process environment of the medical instrument industry;

Level 1000: This is also what we often call the 1,000-level, mainly used for the production of optical products, and also for testing and assembling high-quality refined industrial environments;

Level 10000: This is the 10,000-level, mainly used for the assembly of hydraulic equipment or pneumatic equipment, and can also be used in food and beverage industries under special working conditions;

Level 100000: This is the 100,000-level, mainly used for many industrial parts processing, such as optical products, chip products, and can also be used in smaller electronic component production environments, food and beverage, pneumatic or hydraulic system production and manufacturing, etc.
