Battery Cell Foil Coil OHT

The cell foil coil OHT designed and manufactured by Guangzhou Zhuofeng is used for the transportation of positive and negative coil components of batteries. The coil needs to be transferred between processing equipment-buffer rack-turnover trolley (traditional or AGV). The main processing procedures include coating, rolling, slitting, die-cutting, winding, etc. Each process faces the problem of loading and unloading coils.

The weight of the coil is generally less than 300kg, and a few can reach more than 600kg.

♦ The equipment should be precisely positioned, light and flexible; occupy as little ground space as possible; and keep the height of the equipment as low as possible while meeting the lifting height requirements.

♦ The equipment should avoid using brass, nickel, and zinc materials to avoid metal dust that affects the electrodes
