1: Ground-type intelligent hoist for new energy motors General description


This intelligent hoist is provided by our company for the Kepler new energy motor production line in Quanzhou. It uses an electric servo balancer as the power source, and the folding arm mechanical mechanism is used for rigid load-bearing. It is used to transfer new energy motors. The servo-balanced intelligent hoist has the characteristics of zero gravity, precise and intuitive, easy operation, safety and efficiency.

The ground-type intelligent hoist is composed of seamless steel pipe welded columns, standard folding arm mechanism, electric servo balancer, intelligent operating handle, and non-standard flexible lifting device. The host modular system design and personalized non-standard lifting device can solve the loading and unloading problems of small batches and multiple varieties of customers' production lines.

3: Composition and technical description of the power manipulator


a) Controlled by the servo system, the driving motor uses an imported servo motor.


b) Suspension mode: The full suspension up and down stroke is not less than 2.5 meters. The intelligent lifting device has the function of self-balancing in the suspended state. The operator does not need to operate the device itself and the handle. He only needs to control the workpiece to easily achieve the rise and fall of the workpiece. The system will detect the weight of the workpiece in real time and keep it in a balanced state regardless of whether the weight increases or decreases.


c) Speed: The maximum speed of rise and fall is ≤60 meters/minute, and it can be limited below the maximum speed; the actual operating speed in the floating mode is determined by the continuous longitudinal force applied to the sensing handle. The greater the force, the faster the running speed, and vice versa.


d) Automatic rope collection system, the supporting tooling hoist uses a steel wire rope that is not loose, and there is no impact when lifting the workpiece.


e) Automatic suspension system, lift the workpiece, automatically enter without operating any buttons, and hold the workpiece for precision assembly.


f) Thumb control system, you can hold the hook to move forward, backward, left and right, and use the thumb to control the lifting, which is more stable and convenient to operate.


g) Control: Equipped with a sensing handle, the internal components of the sensing handle are sealed and equipped with a pressure (photoelectric) sensor, which can sense the vertical force signal in real time to control the up and down running direction and speed of the system. The sensing handle detects the operator's longitudinal operating force (≤10N); the required operating force can be changed by adjusting the sensitivity of the sensing handle.


h) The system provides mechanical limit.


i) In the suspension mode, there is no need to touch the handle, and the workpiece can be operated directly by hand. After the workpiece is released, there is no need for additional switching, and the system automatically switches back to the sensing handle state to prevent the system from suddenly rising.


j) The intelligent hoist has a power-off protection function. When a power-off failure occurs, the equipment will be stopped in place by the failure protection device. When the power is supplied again, the equipment can be operated immediately until the operator activates it again, without any delay, and all the saved settings of the equipment will not be lost.


k) The intelligent hoist has an overload protection function. When the load exceeds its rated lifting weight, the equipment will automatically protect itself and cannot be lifted. The overload protection is automatically activated, the speed control fails, and only the descending control is allowed to ensure work safety.


l) The intelligent hoist has an anti-rebound function regardless of whether it is in handle mode or suspension mode. When the load changes suddenly, the equipment will not deflect or rebound, thereby reducing potential injury accidents.


m) The intelligent lifting device has upper and lower mechanical limits. When it runs to the highest and lowest points, it can stop unconditionally to prevent heavy objects from hitting the top.


n) The intelligent hoist can be manually limited mechanically, and the limit protection point is accurate and reliable.


o) The intelligent hoist provides handle sensitivity adjustment (10 levels of adjustment).


k) The overall industrial protection level of the equipment is ≥IP 54 (waterproof and dustproof), and the safety certification complies with the European standard ISO 4301/1.


p) LED panel, double button operation, simple and convenient.


u) The intelligent hoist can change the speed at will by changing the operating force of the handle without any pre-setting, and can also set the rising and falling speeds at the same time, so it is not restricted by any working conditions.


v) The intelligent lifting device has a personnel in place function. When the hand suddenly leaves the control handle, the lifting device immediately stops rising or falling, and further rising and falling are not allowed.


w) The display of the handle must be able to display the weight of the lifted object for the operator's reference


x) The operating handle can be rotated 360° for easy operation.


y) It is equipped with a single-chip integrated circuit control module, and a fault indicator light is installed in the module. When the equipment fails, the cause of the fault can be quickly determined and the fault can be quickly eliminated.
